Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in brand-new condition.

  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
